Return Eligibility

• Product damaged ya defective ho to return ki request 3–7 din ke andar karni hogi.

• Product apni original packaging aur unused condition me hona chahiye.

• Purchase receipt ya order ID required hogi.

Non-Returnable Items

• Food, personal care items, aur customized products return/refund ke liye eligible nahi hain.

• Clearance sale ya discounted items final sale hote hain.

Refund Process

• Refund approval ke baad 5–10 business days me process hoga.

• Refund same payment method ya store credit/voucher ke through diya ja sakta hai.

Exchange Policy

• Agar product defective ho aur stock available ho to customer exchange choose kar sakta hai.

• Agar stock available nahi hai to refund issue kiya jayega.

Delivery Charges

• Agar mistake seller ki taraf se ho (wrong/damaged product), to return shipping free hoga.

• Agar customer apni marzi se product return karta hai, to delivery charges deduct kiye ja sakte hain.
